Welcome back to Process Over Pressure. I'm your host, Chad Paris. Today's guest left a corporate job, built multiple seven figure businesses on Shopify and Amazon, as has spent the last seven and a half years figuring out what it actually takes to scale a brand online. Without a co-founder, without outside funding, and without a roadmap handed to him. He is now the founder of Conzia, a full service global e-commerce agency. and software platform that has helped over a thousand small D2C brands grow. He leads a community of more than fifty thousand entrepreneurs, hosts regular meetups, and has become a trusted voice in the Shopify and AI tools space. He joins us today from both could be Miami, could be Berlin, because that is just how he lives. And I am genuinely glad he said yes to the conversation. Zahid Welcome to the process over pressure.

Zahid

Thank you so much Chad for having me today and I appreciate the great introduction as well.

Chad

Well, I I have to say you you you know, when when I had a chance to to have a conversation with you before and I felt like we hit it off. I feel like we we we've known each other for a hundred years and I thought, you know, what a what a great person to have on the show who you know, who is who has has has been in corporate America and knows a thing or two, so to speak. So I I'm really happy to have you have you on the show and and I'm I'm excited about Yeah, what you bring to it and and and and getting it getting into it. So what do you say we just dive right in?

Zahid

definitely. I appreciate this and I'm looking forward to our conversation.

Chad

So, Zahid when you know, let's go back to the moment you left corporate America. You know, a lot of people, you know, myself included, was left corporate America. And I get asked this often. Are you crazy? What are you doing? Why would you leave that that money and that job to go do something on your own? So when you left that, what what was the honest version of that decision? I w I want to hear, I don't want to hear the corporate story. I want to hear Zahid's real decision. Why you did that?

Zahid

No, I mean, like I will be honest and upfront. These were the exact same words that I used to hear from my, you know, like previous colleagues. Are you really crazy? You know, like people were asking me this. I think like you have to be a bit crazy as well. If you

Chad

Yeah. Yeah.

Zahid

if you want to create some difference or at least if you want to do the things that you want in life. So when I left my corporate job, so it was a classical, you know, like burned out, you know, like all these things, politics, everything, and I left with the intention that I don't want to come back. ever. So this was my only intention. And at that time, the only goal I had at that time to make $10,000 every single month online because that was the liveable wage I required at that time. Not to enjoy my life or live luxuriously. So to cut down all my expenses, bring them to bare minimum and I calculated I need $10,000 to survive. With that intention in my mind, I left. without knowing what I was going to do. But I had a little bit of understanding or you know like a bit of a direction because I wanted to build I wanted to build a kind of a lifestyle. know like build something that I can take make money travel around the world be my own boss. At that time I was not looking into you know like building companies or hiring people or building a community of 50,000 people or scaling up to multiple seven figures. So this was not the part of the plan. So the only thing I had in my mind that I wanted to, you know, like,

Zahid

get rid of all the corporate bullshit. Let me put it in simple way. That is why I think both of us left, know, like, so I'm glad that you, I hear the same things from your side as well. And so this was my motivation and intention, you know, like just to make enough money so that I can live without the paycheck and without the corporate slavery. And fortunately things worked out well and things worked out really, really well, but it took me approximately one year

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

a lot of experimentation, lot of hard work, some losses as well in terms of financial. I started selling online and for one year I was not able to figure out how to make money. But eventually things picked up and here I am, approximately eight years into this game and as you mentioned, I never raised a single dollar from outside. I am a big believer in bootstrapping the business, big believer in figuring it out early, you know, like how to pay yourself a salary right away, you know, like after you start, even if it is a small salary and figuring it out how to build small businesses online. So this is, you know, like my expertise and I think I enjoyed every moment of it. Let me be honest. Was it easy? No. Do you doubt yourself? Yes. In some cases, you know, like very often. But that is how you have to live with, know. So you have to be comfortable with uncertainty, with the risks, and at the same time, you also need to enjoy this. So I was fortunate enough to travel to 30 plus countries while building this in the last couple of years, building, you know, like income, not only for myself, but also teaching other people how to build small businesses. Sometimes people don't even need to leave their job because it is... I think it is the single most decision in life after you stay with a company or multiple companies for 6, 7, 8 or 10 years or what you mentioned you know like stay in corporate America. it becomes very difficult to leave your full time job because it is a security net and I think this is something sometimes people are really really scared of so I suggest people these days I tell them you don't need to take that difficult decision right away so what you do what you could do is it's good if you have taken this decision welcome to the club it's fine it's you can build it up but in case it's difficult for you to take this decision build something on top of your full time job for example you have AI available

Zahid

available now so you have so many tools available so start building something on the side you know like invest every single day or every single week a couple of hours build a stream of income that eventually replaces your full-time job make the same amount of money from your own business that you are making from your full-time job for a couple of months

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

and then make this decision. And that is where, you know, like Conzia helps people like nine to five professionals build online businesses with AI, with Shopify, with Amazon FBA. We teach people, you know, like all these tools, technologies, and we build these businesses with them. And I think that is exactly, I think. So my role now is after struggling early on, I think my role is to help people. to figure it out quickly how to build a sustainable business that does not require outside funding number one that does not require you know like a lot of business experience that does not require huge investment that requires couple of hours of your time every single week but also the understanding knowledge of AI platforms and this is exactly what we do.

Chad

What a you know, thank you for sharing that. And there's there's so much there that you said to unpack, especially for myself, because when you started that, when you what you was talking about at the very beginning, walked away scared, you'd left a nice paycheck to go start something with zero dollars that you that you don't get a paycheck anymore. That's me. You're you're talking about me. Look, I I I'm new to this. I started it, you know, four months ago and and and I'm you know in the process of of you know, when you're when you're an executive level person or when you're in the business period, like it didn't have to be an executive level, you know, your your mindset is is to be successful and to drive and to grow. And I think it's, you know, it's it's kind of born in some of us that we want to be we want to be good, wanna be successful, right? And so, you know, for me it's it's that doubt that that, you know, it's not going fast enough. You're not you're not seeing grow quick enough. You're not seeing revenue dollars coming in or maybe you are but not as much as you want to. And I think for a lot of people maybe that are listening, I think they're probably right there in that where they're they're fearful, right? Because listen, they have bills. We all have bills. We all we all live within a world where we gotta pay for things. and but when you but but you have to you have to decide do I I think the biggest decision that has to be made, do you want to take a bet on yourself? Are you okay with just continually doing what you're doing? And some people for that it's yeah, I'm okay with just making what I've made. I'm gonna keep on. But you have to really go in w with both feet if you're gonna do it. You can't, you can't, you you can't I maybe I will. You gotta come to that decision that you're all in. And once you're all in, you know, it it's we we live in a world where everybody's like, you could be a millionaire tomorrow. Like it takes work, it takes time, and it takes patience, right?

Zahid

100 % I think I would like to you know like break it down a bit. think like there is so there is so entrepreneurship or being on its own it's not for everyone. Let's be honest it's not for faith-hearted people. It's also not easy to live off your income and you create that income out of nothing. Right. So after, you know, like I worked for I went to two business schools. I got two business degrees and then I worked in the corporate sector. I worked in the tech sector. So the biggest safety net there is you understand that there is an organization on your back. Right. So and there is, know, like the structure in some cases like these companies are decades old, like the products are. already selling these companies are making money. So you are just a tiny part in this universe doing something smaller and you are getting paycheck because you are delivering value there. Now on the other side when you leave your full-time job you resign. Suddenly you are on its own. You are out of that working routine. You are on your own. You don't have, know, like your colleagues, you don't have this financial backing. Maybe you have some savings like like all of us. got when I left, I had saved up money that I started investing. And then I my original plan was that I use that money to make more money. Right. And it took me some time to do this. So and then in this journey, We are alone, so let me put it this way, until and unless we network with other people like like-minded people, something you just said like it felt like we know each other for a long time, so why?

Zahid

We went through a similar circumstance. And then in this world, which is entrepreneurship as a beginner, we are alone. Right. So we need to start somewhere. And after we become successful, we talk to other people, start hiring people, we build companies, we get customers. But this phase, like which is the transition phase, I call it a transition phase. It can be one month. It can be one year. It can be three years or it can be five years. This is the most painful phase.

Chad

Mm-hmm.

Zahid

This is the most difficult phase and 90 % of people give up in this phase because they run out of their savings. They run out of their cash, whatever they have, they cannot figure out how to make money and eventually they go back and then search another job. I think that is if people can bridge this gap this time period. I think they will eventually become successful. There are people who make, you know, like multiple millions right away. People, we all, I think we all fantasize entrepreneurship a lot. It feels like sex is something which is, but the true journey is I think figuring it out. And I think it's for me, it's like my personal development. Today I am a completely different person.

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

Then I was, you know, like seven, eight years ago when I left my full time job. And I think this is the most valuable asset I have, you know, like you can take all my companies, you can take my money, you can throw me, you know, like in some country where I don't know the language, you know, but I have this confidence that I can rebuild this. Yeah, right. I think this is the most important thing, like the person you become. And of course, paying your bills, enjoying lifestyle.

Chad

I like

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

you know like making money these things will come. after you figure out, know, like how to build a successful business or as a freelancer, how to build, how to get clients. But in my opinion, this is the part of journey. But at the same time, I really want to make it clear and simple for people who fantasize a lot, you know, like about their dream, a lot to be on their own. I think the most important thing is to figure out as quickly as possible to make money. think that is the basic principle. If you leave your full-time job within the shortest possible time, you have to figure out if you are having, if you are on your own, if you don't have any outside investment because I am a bootstrap person. the businesses I build, are boring businesses. They make money, you know, like we sell products online. don't require outside funding, but people who build software companies, maybe they want to raise money. So that is another business model. So I think going through this phase once again, coming back, you like why it is scary, why it looks you know like why people are scared because the time period between if you make you know like more money as compared to get last job you are obviously motivated you are happy right so then there is no doubt the decision was good but until you get to that point the time period in between these two stages that is the most difficult time period and 99 % people give up in this time period.

Chad

Yeah.

Chad

Yeah, you I I love what you said. And it's so true. You know, we we we we live today's world, I mean in and it's and it's and it's and it's very common, right? I mean AI is out there, there's a lot of we we have more access faster and more like we we can we can get things faster than we ever have before. And so there's this there's this mind shift I think in and reality of of if I do something I think that's why you have more people that's making trying to make a living off being a social influencer, is because they they there's this there's this thought that I'm just gonna go do it. And if I think I'm gonna do it, then it's just gonna happen. And and it could for some people, but reality is is it takes some time. It takes some some some look, Zahid you you and I both, we've had long nights where we've stayed up going, Am I crazy or is this work you know, am I doing it right? And I think that's I think that's the beautiful thing about being an entrepreneur is that is that you gotta find good people like you, like me, like other people that's in our world, to ask questions, to talk about it. Hey, what's your thoughts on this? What do you think about this? And grow, right? Because we're we're we're you you said something that's so resonated. You're not the same person today as you were when you started. Like you're different. You're not the same. You don't think the same, you don't do the same. But had you not gone through this journey, you wouldn't be that person today. And it's what made you kind of where you are today and the success that you've had is because of that journey. And it's made you change things. It's made you be willing to, you know, pivot when you had to pivot. And it made you maybe be a better, you know, I'm sure your abilities and your thoughts and your the way you go about doing things has changed, maybe from what you grew up like or what you originally thought. You you have to be ad I guess the biggest word I like to say here is you have to be adaptable.

Zahid

100 % yeah, yeah, I think you put it, you know, like the whole thing in a right way. And I think I would like to comment on a couple of things here as well. I think like the main, so for me, when I left, So I was having discussions with other friends. They were telling me like they income goals, like they wanted to make a million dollars in the first year, which is good to have. I am a big fan of this. And now I have my income goals, you like every single week. I think this.

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

People we should also understand what exactly is our pain point. So my pain point at that point was I never liked, you know, like these corporate routines. I never liked, you know, going to the same place, listening to people, you know, like following the orders that deep inside myself, I knew this is not going to bring anything. So at some point I realized I'm wasting my life because this is not like something I enjoy. Right. So when I left, As I mentioned, my only goal was to make $10,000. So this was the money, you know, like every single month I needed because I calculated I need $10,000. I wanted to, you know, like travel to different countries. I wanted to live, you know, like a life that is, you know, like reasonable. I am happy to work more and I work more.

Chad

That's good.

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

I work more now as compared to my last job but this work has some sort of meaning, right? Because this is a lifestyle business for myself, you know like I travel to countries, I live in different countries in different times of the year, I'm able to decide my own working schedule, right? So all these things I get after a long...

Zahid

you know like consistent effort after a long you know like journey and now I am able to enjoy these things but that does not mean entrepreneurs you know like they are 100 % free they can you know like be anywhere they can take 30 days of holidays all these things and I think for myself the definition of work

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

has changed a lot because now the work is blended into my daily routines. It doesn't feel like work anymore. Right.

Chad

that's good.

Zahid

So I think that is the main part where I start to enjoy the things. That does not mean there are everything I do I enjoy, but I am fortunate enough to dedicate the task to other people that I don't like. Right. So, but it took some time. So I I am, I think for my personality, I like talking to people. do podcasts. I talk to people like you. I like CEOs. think I love teaching. This is something that I started building my community, you know, like on the the same thesis, I teach people, I'm more motivated if I share my knowledge. So these are the certain things that I enjoy and I think if you want to go the long term like 10 years, 20 years, 30, 40 years, I have seen like entrepreneurs they have been on their own throughout their life and I think I hear this story number one they are improving every single day.

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

So they are learning every single day. All of them, they have one common trait. They all tell all successful entrepreneurs that every single day they are learning something. They are very humble people. Like I'm talking about successful entrepreneurs. They are humble people. They enjoy what they do. That is also something. And another thing, all these entrepreneurs, the common trait these entrepreneurs share when they come on my podcast, you know, they all think long term. They are. Yeah.

Chad

Yeah. You know no, I'm sorry, go ahead. I'm sorry.

Zahid

No, they are having you know like a 5-10 year plan. So, I have not met a single person who is successful and told me like he is in this just for a year, right. I am yet to figure out someone like you know like a short term person becoming successful.

Chad

Yeah.

Chad

Yeah. I you know what I I think I think something you and I have in common that that I've that I've heard you talk about and and I think it's it's really it's it's really important it was really important to me and I think you do this is is you is you give time back. Like you you you you invest in other people and and I think that's part of if I had to say I think that's part of what you really enjoy is is helping other people grow in their businesses and you I mean you got you know a community like fifty thousand people. I mean that's that's something that I think you really care about. Me too. Like I think when I started my company, you know, even though it's it's it's we're only, you know, we're in we're in a very early age of it, I started it with I wanted to do something I really enjoy, which I am. Like I'm I I'm happier right now than I've ever been doing what I'm doing. But I've also when I when one I think because of that is because I love to help people. Like the reason the podcast is here is to help, is to is is to get awareness, get people out there and have this conversation. And I find more joy, and I don't know how you felt, but I find more joy in helping other people and being able to share things that if if it makes an impact or it makes one decision different or it gives somebody my gosh, I need to do that and it helps their business grow. Like I get a lot of reward in that. And I don't know, I think you're probably a lot of the same in that.

Zahid

That is exactly what I do. So, last year, I always help people. When I left my full-time job, I struggled for some time. All of my friends were gone. This is the most critical time period. what you just mentioned here, you know, like I also surrounded myself with other entrepreneurs, you know, like I was in a community where everyone was working hard, you know, no one was judging others, you know, like if you are making money or you are not making money. So everyone was super, super, you know, like focus dedicated. So everyone was working hard. So I was in that kind of community. I was fortunate enough to surround myself. I left all of my other friends because once you take this decision, then you want to be out of this, you know, like community, not because these are bad people, these are great people right, but they are chasing a different goal, they are chasing the next promotion, they are chasing the next model of you know like the luxury car they want to have and then we as entrepreneurs in early years we are chasing the only thing we are chasing is traction right, because we want to bring in sales to make money so that we can survive and then we can thrive. So I surrounded myself with like-minded people and after I became successful I was on my own couple of for a couple of years. years people started asking me you know like how are you doing this as we see like you don't have a job anymore right we thought even in my own family but people were making fun of me I was selling products that people would laugh laugh about okay is this something that you want to do after two business degrees you know like after working for you know like big companies and having tons of experience is this something that you want to do and then you doubt yourself as well so I got out of that community and then into a community where people could understand what exactly I was building. And then at some point I realized now people started trusting me because they were they knew like there is some money coming from somewhere and he's like us you know like now he is traveling you know like he's building businesses he's hiring people and we see you know like he is successful and they started asking me you know like can you teach us the same thing and then I became a teacher you know like I became a teacher

Chad

Yeah, yeah.

Zahid

people tell me like I have a natural ability to teach and I think there is only one reason why there is this natural ability. I can only teach what I do because I'm really good at what I do. I make this work for myself and that is why I can convince other people you know like to try this. So then I started teaching people. So these were family members, friends and last year I became you know like I realized okay so I have you know like have achieved something that I was looking for. I am growing, I'm hiring more people but there is the community element that I enjoy the most like something like this and I started inviting other successful entrepreneurs on my podcast and then we started building up communities. We started pushing this, you know, like all these conversations. We set up meetup groups, then we have Facebook communities, then we have a YouTube channel, then my LinkedIn and then people started joining. Then there was another business model that we started like basically coaching, teaching people, then providing consulting services where people would happily pay us for our time so that we can save them a lot of time and we can save them a lot of money from the failed experiments that I did for myself. So and on top of this as well the element of you know like a community I think this is your recognition so this is your brand now and this is your community now because now people know you you know like you get invited to podcast you share your stories you know like people think looking at your journey that they can do this.

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

as well. I think this is the most fulfilling and this is the most excitement you. I get now from my daily routines and I spend most of my time now because I am fortunate enough that I have people who are working for me. They are taking care of the things that I don't like or I don't enjoy and I think that is the job of an entrepreneur. You don't need to be expert in everything. You need to work with other people. You need to grow other people to give them the security that their jobs are secure. You can take care of their salaries, their problems and they will provide you the

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

excellent service and they will be working with you like your co-founders. So for a long time I struggled, I was not able to convince any other one to come with me or like the like-minded people. So and I at some point I just stopped doing that because my employees are now my co-founders because they are working for me in return that there is you know like this safety net and that is completely fine because not everyone is going to be an entrepreneur right.

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

it's a special kind of breed. So for me, I take this, I think this is in my opinion being on its own, it's an absolute honor. I think this is the most valuable, I would say like something which is having a great value. So I am honored to work for myself. I take it this way and I think this is something which is, which has a great value in my life because and at previously like seven, eight years ago, this aspect was missing. So I was having the. having this financial freedom, I must say this like it was a good paycheck coming in, all the safety net, everything but I was not happy. Now I am happier than I was before, I work more but I don't feel it like a work because it's all blended because I enjoy it. I think these are some of the things that people need to understand that as well. Of course, this is a difficult path but I would also like to comment a little bit on the positive aspects of this.

Chad

Yeah.

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

After you figure out one or two, three streams of income. I always tell people, if you are a small entrepreneur, you're not building something which is changing the world, if you're not building a technology product, always aim for at least two to three streams of income, right? So that you can pay your bills, things change, know, like economies change, countries change, you know, like there are so many things, geopolitical situation. So build two, three streams of income. I got five streams of income, but I have everything in e-commerce, right? So that is where I stayed for the last eight years. because this is my you know like the the expertise so because I learned a lot of things I want to stay inside so after you figure out two, three, four streams of income, then you start to enjoy your life as well. you have suddenly you realize you can take decisions independently. You can allocate more time. Maybe you are married, maybe you have kids, girlfriend, boyfriend, you know, you want to see your family often, you want to travel more and then you build the whole, you know, like the company around your own routines, around your own time zones. And I think that is the that is the fun part of it, which I did not have. At least I'm talking about myself. I did not have this in my corporate job and that is why I was frustrated.

Chad

Yeah, that's great. So you you've got you've got your company, Konsia. if someone's never heard of it and they're thinking, Hey Kanzia, you know, what what is it y y we kind of know what you do, but but but but what is it what what is Kanzia? What is that?

Zahid

Yeah, yeah, yeah. So let me explain here. So the way I started, so my first start was selling products on Amazon. Amazon has a program which is called FBA, which is fulfilled by Amazon where you can make a store on their platform and you start selling products. And then Shopify came along, they started another program, which is called Dropshipping, where you can sell the products without buying any inventory, right? Which is even a better business model. And then I learned both business models. started making money and from that point on I scaled my stores to multiple seven figures, launched multiple brands in multiple countries and KondZia you know like is So it is a spin off of that the whole big concept on the e-commerce side. what we do on Kansia on Kansia side, we help other people, people like nine to five professionals who are having a full time job. They are planning an exit or people who are retired or going to retire or youngsters who are having business degrees or without any degrees. They want to start online businesses. Anyone who wants to make money online, which is building a Shopify store on Amazon store, e-commerce product. We are very niche company. with Conzia, so Conzia is educational platform, consulting platform, plus we also build software for Wix and some other e-commerce platforms as well. So with Conzia, with all of our tools, all of our educational, you know, like services, we teach other people how to build a successful online business. business and I give people the same motivation that I had make your first $10,000 from a side business before you leave your full-time job. Figure this out first and then resign, then put the resignation, then quit and do it with technology and on top of everything. So, this is centuries old business model trading, buying from suppliers, adding a margin,

Zahid

and then making profits. So this is the centuries old business model, but we do it with AI on top of everything like for product research, for marketing campaigns, for setting up the stores everywhere we have AI tools and we teach these nine to five people how to use these AI tools, how to make every single month $10,000, build a stable second income on top of your full-time job. and eventually transition if you want to transition. There are a lot of people who are happy staying with their full-time jobs. As I mentioned earlier, it's great. They can build a second business or a third business or a second stream of income with AI, with e-commerce, and with Shopify, with Amazon. So this is something that we do on Consigia's side.

Chad

Man, that's that's awesome. Then and listen, for people out there that that you know, there's a lot of noise out there, right? Zahid, there's a lot of people that you you know, you can get on any social platform and it'll and it it will tell you, hey, you can you can you can start doing this tomorrow. It's very these one, two, three steps. Comment please and I'll send you the the script how to do that, right? I mean th it's it's that's re that's I'm not making that up, that's reality. But what I love is is that you've kind of proven model. Like you you've done it, you've been there, you've you've actually done it yourself and and you know the the nuts and the boats how to do it. And so for people that are, you know, maybe listening that's they really want to be an entrepreneur. They really have wanted to be one, but they just don't know where to start. This is this is a nice sa I I mean, nothing's ever safe. There is no guarantee. But it's a nice entryway for people to go into and and start making some income that so that they so that

Zahid

Yeah.

Chad

So that he can walk away from their nine to five and and and fulfill what they want to do. And and and so I love that and and and you've helped how many people have you say you've helped create an income like this for?

Zahid

500 members just in meetup.com. So these 7500 members are actively learning from my educational sessions on a regular basis. I got tons of meetups every single month and there are thousands of people who created their online stores watching my videos making money online. Some of them transitioned already from their full time jobs to you know like full time entrepreneurs some of them they are in the process, some of them they want to stay with their full time jobs, but just to have a second source of income as well. And I think I would like to comment as well, know, like, of course, there is a lot of noise, what you mentioned, you know, like people showing off a Lambo or, know, the, the picture of a rented jet or, you know, like the jet, is not even moving sometimes.

Chad

Yeah.

Zahid

I think people need to understand the basics. So this is not like something that you get right away with e-commerce, right? Because it takes time to build a business, first of all, to understand the basic principles behind it. understand the tools technologies you will get there at some point if you are successful you can do whatever you want with your money and not saying that people should not be spending on you know like nice cars or you know like business travel or on jets right but I think as a beginner again going back to basics I advise people calculate how much money do you need to live modestly or to maintain your current standard of living Is it 10,000? Is it 20,000 per month or is it 30,000 or maybe it is 5,000? You know, like if you are living in Bali or in Thailand or you know, like in or maybe in some in Eastern Europe or in Spain or Italy, And then make the same amount of money from an online business. And after that, you decide if you want to scale up. If you can figure out you know like you make $10,000 from online income, you can also figure out $100,000, you can also figure out a million dollars, so that is how I progressed, right. a lot of opportunity in the market to make money, but get out of this, you know, like quick rich mentality that you will be, you know, like having a Lambo in the first month. yeah, so get out of this rich mentality and learn these things first. Right. So I think this is exactly how we are different from other people who are having, you know, like a lot of noise, people who don't even know how to build an online store. the other side, what we do is we teach people

Chad

Yeah, yeah. Yeah.

Zahid

And we teach this for free, you know. So, we have, as I mentioned, we have a free educational platform. We do free meetups and we have a lot of content on our YouTube channel for free as well. People can come, they can learn with us and they can see if this is something for them.

Chad

That's great. So if if and and we're getting close close to our time to to end here, if if someone's listening and they're like, you know what, I've I've I've I've seen these on you know Instagram or Facebook and I've kind of been wanting to dabble in it, don't really know how how do they reach you? Because the thing I love about Zahid is is that listen, just give a conversation. H one of him or one of his people will just kind of walk you through and I think they're very honest and be realistic to you. So how how would someone If they're interested and they hear this like, Hey, how do I start? What what how do they get in touch with you or your team?

Zahid

Yeah, so I so our website is concia.com it's concia.com so people can go to this website, they can send us an email or can send us, you know, like a WhatsApp message or call us or send us, you know, like a text message. This will be the starting point. Then I can also link my LinkedIn profile, you know, like for you. it's Zahid Muhammad If people type in LinkedIn, they will find me or if they Google my company name, Kanzia.com, they will also find me my Instagram channel. My YouTube channel is also Kanzia. If they find type Kanzia, they will find a lot of educational content there and I invite people to come to my meetups for free. This is these are weekly meetups. We will also give you a link so that you can put it in the description for your own audience as well. So this is one hour webinar. It's a free webinar 100 % free. It doesn't cost anything. No strings attached. People can sign up. It's on meetup.com. They come. They see the whole process. So I teach them from the start how to find best-selling products, what exactly is the science, what exactly is the data behind finding these best-selling products and then I build a Shopify store and an Amazon store with them on the live call and I leave it up to them to decide if this is something for them and at the same time in this call I show them the results from my successful students who are making 100,000 a month, 5,000 a month, 10,000 a month, a million dollar a month right and then I leave it up to these people to decide if this is the business model they want to sign up for.

Chad
